Trying to price out a magic claw I found and not really sure what it is worth on ladder. From old posts I can find researching it is in the second to last desirable claw base ( Scissors Quhab).
The stats are as follows:
+2 assassin skill
+2 Mind Blast
+1 Wake of Inferno
+3 Lightning Sentry
Is it really worth much of anything? Just a neat item I found during a Trav run.

Can be used to make Runewords:
Ladder or Non-Ladder?
Rare (yellow) or magic (blue)?
It worth something but not crazy because you can make Plague in a +3 Lightning Sentry base and the Scissors Quhab's base speed is not fast.
