You can use the price check toolbar at the entry of this section :

Yours has a good sockets roll so can serve for a Spirit, even if it's not elite base (and therfore superior mod is a bit overkill here). However, as it is not Eth it will probably not a base good enough for Exile.
Looking at history, considering the almost perf res roll, would say in the Ist- Vex range.
