Assassin Amulets - Good but Sub GG

Curious if any of these Amulets have value:
- +1 Sin Skills, 10%FCR, 27Life, 12mana, Regen Mana 10%, TriRes 10% (Fire 21%)
- +1 Sin Skills, 5% +AR, 5% life Steal, QuadRes 5% (Fire 29%)
- +1 Martial Arts, 1 max dmg, All Res 13, Magic Dmg reduce -3, 11%dmg to Mana

Also... any good tips on searching rare and crafted amulets... cant seem to figure out how to price check these with search.

You can check rares with https://d2charsifood.com/. It won't tell you a price but can give you a hint if they are trash, OK or really good. The price check on diablo2.io isn't really helpful for rares as you have to check every description for the details.
In general for amulets you should look for +2 skills and at least 3 other good affixes. +1 skill amulets can be useful for lld if the required level is <= 30. I can't help with pricing for that and besides that they usually have no trade value.
