IMHO Um or Mal for the fire sorc one. Cold res rolled low, frw is not needed for most sorcs, extra gold is not as useful as other affixes (life, strength, ...) and it's "only" +2 fire not +2 all sorc skills.
For the assa Coronet I would say Ko or Fal or some Perfect Gems. Life and all res are nice but frw is only 20%, energy is a low roll (20 possible) and not as useful as strength or dexterity and enhanced defense adds no value.
