Looks like 3-3.5 points. That's right on the edge of having real trade value. (I already factored in the bump of it being a dual leech.)
I might list that somewhere between Pul and Mal and accept Lem. If someone offers Ist you should take it, although I doubt you'll get an Ist offer. gl

After thinking about it, Pul - Mal is too high. You might realistically expect something around Ko - Lem, or some Perfect Gems. MF and fire res are too low, and half freeze duration is only useful to someone who has no source of cannot be frozen.
Dual leech is hard to appraise because people overvalue it, but the only other thing on your ring is a really high all res roll. I don't think that's enough to make it trade-worthy.
