Description

I built a
Berserk
barb for ladder and I am having issues with survivability as he doesnt have any form of leech and his defense is pretty low, I find myself chugging tons of potions... In the past I have always ran a WW barb with either DL ring arreats or ebotd in one hand to get my leech, and on
Frenzy
I use dracs.

How do you survive? Im guessing I should probably swap a nagel for a high dual leech ring.... Does Edbotd work decent on
Berserk
barb or should i go for a Grief?

Currently running arreats 4ll, Wealth, Rhyme, dual res 20frw mf
Boots
, 2 nagels, chancies, and a low Grief.

Edit.... AAAANNNND I died again.

I think berzerk does 100% magic damage right? If so, leach won't help. Damage mitigation is your friend. That and pick your PvM area wisely.
7
magic damage don't leach, try to change of area
Travincal
is pretty nice for
Berserk
barb using a high level
Find Item

Sadly, no.
Life Tap
ignores the "anti-leech" that stops you from being able to leech from certain mobs with life steal but it still only works with physical damage. So if all you have is magic damage or your target is simply physical immune, you still won't leech anything, even with
Life Tap
.

Berserk
isn't a mob clearer. He's a sniper. You
Howl
and snipe uniques. You don't really need leech to survive those encounters.
7
echoing what others have said. You need
Howl
to be at all successful with
Berserk
. I have end game top tier gear and still die on players 8 trav runs without
Howl
(unless im constantly slurping pots)

And its Grief all day...because of how d2 calculates your damage. Watch this
