Well i have seen people in wtb section want this 3-20 2 soc item for hr maybe you can get higher. the point is not many people will take the chance for that i would personally risk it but that's always me. Personally got a 3 ele 20fcr went to lurzak and got dissapointed gave it for free in normal section.
