Trading between softcore and hardcore

I got bored of softcore and now venturing into hardcore.

I accumulated a lot of stuff and runes for my softcore and i am wondering if it is viable to trade the softcore item out and hardcore item in.

Let say if I assume every trader is a trusted one, means making two game for one trade, what could the rate be ?

For example, I traded out a

Ber rune in softcore and in return, i get two

Lo rune in hardcore ? or what does it take for me in softcore in order to make an Infinity

Thresher in hardcore ?

Slippery slope. SC and HC modes are separated for a reason.

So they must be separated. HC always was a different story - and so it remains. It is another game, another approach, and another d2 world completely. No item/character/whatever connection between should ever be allowed.
