Description
my necro is pretty decked out so want to try something else, I want to have a Gold find bard later on but have to grow him first, got a bit lost on all kinds of build, what I want is dual weapon for later Gold find, but before that, what's the best build to go through hell in terms of efficiency and gear independence (also he can be twinked), what weapon class to go to, I've heard Mace is good?

I really struggled with this so ended up glitch rushing through to Hell in public games and followed people around in hell Chaos p8 games gaining a few levels each run haha. Any build can do this

Started with a WW Barb, I did a combination of sponging experience and genuinely fighting in Nightmare until I hit level 76 ( Baal runs are your friend), then used Immortal King set to run through Hell mostly trouble-free.
Full IK set isn't hard to get either, not even the armor (typically runs for a Mal). Unfortunately, the Key to leveling a Barb is having good gear for him from the onset.
