Why is this a fail? These are great for a physical bowzon.
I used a pair like this until I was finally (~500 attempts) able to craft a pair of 2 passive and magic, 20 ias Hit Power Gloves.
Not a fail drop, but a series of failures in critical thinking...or just plain thinking
+Be me, reset phy bowzon to optimize skill and stat points
+Put min points in str and dex to use gear - res in vita
+Forget about cta/Spirit on swap
+Have only 146 str, 10 str points shy for SpiritMonarch. Damnit.
+Check quests, one lam esen available
+Now 5 str shy
+Have 32ed 6dex jewel in Helm
+Buy 40ed/5str jewel and put in Helm
+Now 6 dex short to use WF *why am I so stupid?*
+Look for 40ed 7dex jewel I had previously found and set aside to replaced 32/6
+Can't find it, must have used it for crafting *I shouldn't be allowed to play*
+Buy 3x 5all res 2 dex scs because I was low on res anyways
+Realizes I have an EthSpiritMonarch on a mule (146 str req)

I was under the impression +Passive and Magic skills was an undesireable mod, but I had a suspicion I was mistaken. Thank you for the correction.

Sometimes D2R days are tougher than others... a week ago I was doing my daily D2 catch up while thinking I was to be left alone at least 5 minutes, of course wife came in while against Big D, just had time to tele once and close screen lid. Of course when I opened back, I was looking at my body and the 4-5% loss of XP on my way between 93 and 94...
And indeed, for CtA, EthMonarch for the win definitely. I have been using one on my sin for months, I think it hasn't lost a single dura point in the meantime.

Sure other mods suck but a 2/20 necro is the BiS for almost every necro build. It stays super valuable, probably THE class needing it the most to reach the high 125 fcr.

Even SC, if you get to play 1 hour a day. That's a lot of days of lost XP
