Missing 3rd res for very high prices, I guess you can value this around Um to Ist.

Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
Additional comment : you can compare these to (non Eth) Sandstorm Trek, which are good all around Boots when you want to value these.
