Can be used to make Runewords:
Solid 4-point. No idea on value, the final two affixes are trash. You might plug it into charsifood.com and see what sigma you get. It's probably in the 2-2.5 sigma range for melee PvM? I'd probably list for somewhere around Gul - Ohm, but you might get better from someone who has a ton of currency to burn. Those last two affixes really hurt.
All prices negotiable. BIN always wins. Americas (Pacific), but int'l trade times can be arranged.
Thanks for your comment. If I got one more good stat, say, 10 or 11 all res, I think it's worth HRs. Unfortunately, I only got 4. Charsifood gives a high PVM score though. I will try selling it at around Ohm.
