Charsi, White Naga with jewels are far better for LLD, only ID Naga and Berserker Axe for axes
For high level you want Berserker Axe on axes due to the range advantage it gives, best way to farm them is to take an Eth berseker Axe to Charsi and imbue.
Looking for 200+ ed 30+ ias fools mod and bonuses like self rep Eth 2os you wan't atleast one Lo rune in them for DS so the lack of ias would make it loose value or hold no value at all since Shael rune is a waste and for builds that needs 33-38IAS vs certain matchups you would use 40/15 so 30IAS is still a must..
