TriRes boots with MF, poison length reduced and half freeze duration

Hello, could someone please let me know if these are worth anything?

I am aware that

Boots with Faster run walk, Faster hit rate tri res and MF are worth, but how about these ones?

Without FRW nor FHR, not much. The res are not very high neither (40 max each), nor MF (25 max).

Basically, only usable for a Sorc (she'll TP, not walk) and not a Cold one (she'll want cold res for Sunder).

So try to get a

Lem or a

Pul, or even a good number of

Perfect Gems.
