Without FRW nor FHR, not much. The res are not very high neither (40 max each), nor MF (25 max).
Basically, only usable for a Sorc (she'll TP, not walk) and not a Cold one (she'll want cold res for Sunder).
So try to get a Lem or a Pul, or even a good number of Perfect Gems.
