Can be used to make Runewords:
The issue with Zons is that you need something better than Shako and Valkyrie's Wing. Usually this means having 30 (or at least 20) faster run walk, or 2 sockets.
The mods you have are all good though, that's just that they can be found on other stuff including charms.
Therefore you can either keep it for self use or try to sell it. Try an Ist, if you get offers at Um or Mal go ahead.
