For a java you have to compare to griffon and then it falls apart, but griffon is even low quite worth a lot.
Its best comparable to a andariels visage, what goes for Mal - Ist and Andariels has even ias, what is way superior.
I would reckon Mal-Ist because style. For the nostalgic Windforce build maybe a bit more.
