Not much, I fear. Martial arts could be 2 and there are not so many sins, Poison res is too low to count. Mf and ias are cool though.
If you can get a Lem it's a good trade for you, unless, some Perfect Gems are not bad if you get enough (10-ish ?) as they can then serve as currency.
