I got a necro summoning skills Circlet, since i don't play necro i don't know if it's any good, from what i know lifeleech and mana leech on necro are not desirable? stasts in attachment.

Can be used to make Runewords:
For a necro enhanced damage, mana leech and life leech is completely useless. So you only have +2 summoning and 30 frw which is not enough to have any trade value.
