The Storm Grip sharkskins (2/20 w/ 10 CB) are tradable. My personal reaction to the others was "meh": usable in a playthrough, but probably wouldn't spend a rune for them.

Hard to say. The AR is quite low, and the strength is also mediocre. Resistances would have been a better affix than strength, followed by dex. You should get a second opinion, but I imagine somewhere in the
