Griffons eye

I have two grifffons eye OS 17/12 and OS 19/10 also got a -5/+5 light facet

What should I expect to get from them and/or which is worth more if i combine the facet.

It would be worth more with the facet, but only the facet's worth. What's nice about the 5/5 is that nobody would question your base claims, so it's "safe" in that sense to sell.

Most griffs I've seen go around the

Sur range. The 1910 one is much nicer imo because -res is more useful than +dmg. I've paid Survex for an 1813 my self. I wouldn't want to go as high for the 1712 necessarily, but it's probably still not worth much less than that.
