Can be used to make Runewords:
Better versions are used but your Iron Grand Charm of Sustenance has not enough AR. Steel Grand Charm of Vita can give 88-132 AR and 36-45 Life.
I think it's decent, Aphaiton. For reference, I'm currently trying to sell a Steel Grand Charm of Vita. It has +105 AR and +40 life. I have one offer so far for 1 Gul. I'll let it sit there for a bit. I was looking over a thread on Reddit, and a guy sold a perfect one with +132 AR and +45 life for 40-45 Jah runes if I recall reading that correctly. Just absolutely wild stuff.
I do trades on non-ladder and ladder, so look at each trade profile. For most trades I'll accept pgems, Rals, Hels, Sols, Amns, etc. I'm always willing to negotiate.
