imo they hold no value without 24fhr and life, thoose are PvP belts with 8-10fcr for dudu and necs, some soso builds, post and take what you get after 3-4 days, glws
GG would be 8-10fcr/24fhr/22-28str/30life/xxmana, thoose are combined with rep amus and rings.
9 fcr -> for druids indeed.
10 fcr -> more wide range.
As Naitsirk said, no significant value. Practical to level up so you can reansonably get mid runes like Lem or Perfect Gems, but the market is very small.
