Barn has jump and TP charges are a small bonus, not a big boost.

Most people will prefer
Arreat's Face without more FCR, you can still try a mid rune like
Pul to
Mal.

With the high mana, +2 skills and the 8 fcr IMHO it's a useful amu for a singer barb if you only want to reach the 105 fcr breakpoint.
