Trapsins want FCR. oddly enough, FRW has increased in value in D2R. Since FRW helps every character in a matchup against Sins that attempt to Mind Blast lock. What you've got here is a 4(ish) point Circlet with the +25 Strength and +19 AllRes. Only thing is that 30% FRW is what people really want. This is not God-Tier. However, any trapsin that does not need more FCR could definitely use this for the Mirror Matchup in PVP. Current Value of these combined affixes is Mid Rune.
