I'm wondering how much is this worth?

Nothing, its common. You need to look for +skills, faster cast rate, resistances +strength, +dexterity, +resto be valuable (all those on the same item preferably ). Just +skills = nothing

Even then, I think just +2 skills +10fcr +res or +2 skills +20 fcr +res +attribute crafted amulets hold any value.

I think you should look this up using filter (select amulet item type, skiller quality, druid class) instead of item name, because names are random. If nobody sells this then it PROBABLY means it has no value.
