Do these two Amplify Damage Proc's stack with one another? I'm not sure if chance on hit effects like that stack or not. Also is this Naga trash or usable? If so please price check if to your best ability

AFAIK those chance to cast on strike work independent of each other and do not stack.
IMHO the Naga has no value. AmpDmg, ED and AR are useful but the rest adds no value and it's not ethereal.

yeah i figured no ethereal + self repair = no value. Thanks for the Proc info.
Self-repair safes one socket but without it you can still use a Zod rune. However the weapon needs to be pretty good to be worth it.
