Can be used to make Runewords:
got this jewel with perfect AR roll, and very high Gold find, didn't see any under history for Gold find mod, curious if this jewel is trash or even desired for Gold find barbs.
AFAIK most goldfind barb use Berserk and don't profit from ar. Also in most cases it's better to socket a Lem rune for more extra Gold.
Other classes don't really need/want Gold find so I don't think this has any value.

The Berserk skill incorporates attack rating for hit calculations.

knowing barbs need hit rating for Berserk calc do you think the jewel could fetch any value? if you we're to guess to your best ability
This is a topic of usefulness vs. value. I think this is one of those cases where the jewel IS useful, but people just aren't looking for this niche combination of affixes on a jewel.
I would definitely keep it. I would not use it for crafting or sell it in a batch of Junk Jewels.
I've never seen a jewel like this for sale, actually sold, or being used. So if I were to throw spaghetti on the wall I'd venture Ist to Vex.
