Can be used to make Runewords:
You could probably get 10 1 Jah for this.
Runwalk and FHR are great. You get top dollar for tri-res Boots when the sum of the res is greater than or equal to 100. You can still get good value if the total res is 90+ but you'd need light, fire, and poison for that.
