This seems like a good helmet, but unsure how to price it:
+2 barbarian skills
+10% faster hit recovery
+5% bonus to attack rating
+2 to War Cry
+1 to Battle Orders
+1 to Shout
+35% enhanced defense
+29 life
+28% cold resistance
+5 light radius
It is a Jawbone Visor, which means it can also be upgraded in the cube to the elite version (Carnage Helmet, I think).
It has no sockets, so Larzuk could add one - probably for a Ber or Um, something like that.
In any case, this helmet seems like it's worth....something. But I have no idea how much. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Halaberd's Reign is better and you can buy a perfect one for an Ist.
Arreat's Face is also significantly better and you can get a mid roll one for pretty cheap.
So unfortunately it isn't worth anything.

I'm willing to accept other forms of currency. Like Tokens, Keys, Perfect Gems, and certain minor runes in lieu of my asking price. I'm also willing to accept rune combinations that add up to my asking price.
ah, thanks for the info, I have been badly misinformed by a buddy, haha. But seeing what you've posted, I'd be inclined to agree. Oh well, was worth a shot.
