Most caster will prefer Magefist or Trang-Oul's Claws just for the fcr. You can get missing res from Boots or rings or charms.
The main use for Caster Gloves is for Javazon (2java 20ias and a good maek roll) or a frost maiden, (2bow 20ias a mark roll). As Atari said, actual casters want gloves with fcr. Ironically enough, Caster Gloves can't spawn with fcr...
