Amazon and Assassin want +skills and ias on gloves but for other melee chars you have to compete with Laying of Hands (ias, dmg to demons and fire res), Lava Gout (ias, enchant and fire res) and Dracul's Grasp (life tap, str, life leech and open wounds).
Dual leech is available on e.g. soul drainer too but yours have 10% cb. Unfortunately they lack ias. If someone wants dual leech and cb and don't need ias they might have some use but I personally would prefer the other options and don't think they have trade some value.
