Can be used to make Runewords:
Wind druid need fcr.
This amulet checks all the boxes but all rolls are not high enough.
I am doubt if anyone would spend 1 HR for this.

As far as I remember as druid you want at least 9 or 18 fcr on the amulet to reach the breakpoints. it's not bad though, but if you get a Vex I think you can be happy.
