Not a bad ring, but also not amazing. Perfect life leech, decent mana leech. Very good str. The cold res is also very good, and light res is on the border. When it comes to resistances, the relative value is: lightning has most value, then fire, then cold, then poison has the least.
So on a point system, I'd put this between 3.5 and 4. You might find someone pay Ber or better for it. I would not. My max value would be Lo- Sur. gl, wait for a second opinion.

Agreed with Cristobal. Start at Ber as runes are relatively cheap in non ladder but be ready to take a lower offer.
