Sorry, no value. DtoU/DtoD use your base damage so are not great mods.
IAS / ED are cool but any Insight in Eth elite base will be better for a merc and so useful. As for druids they usually go for non Eth weapons like super cheap Bonehew or not too expensive Reaper 's toll - way better
