Powered Gothic Stave and Superior Gothic Stave have no value. Even dual Spirit is better.
Charged Heavenly Stone of Wizardry can be used for casting Energy Shield on swap or as prebuff in town but not sure about the value.
Not sure about the amu but I don't think much because the rolls aren't very good.
The War Staff can bee used for Obsession but a base with +3 to your main attack skill and +1-3 to the corresponding mastery would be better.

Agreed with Atari. Probably around Pul for the amulet.
