Ladder is still super fresh, so prices are not very stable yet. You can look at non ladder prices to have a more stable sight.
Obviously, the more the LL and ED are, the higher they will sell, and the closer to perfect, the more exponentially the prices grow.
If i read this correctly yours are Eth but not with great values, so that's typically more than Ist and less than Ber. In the middle, everything can happen.
