+2 Sorc Circlet with AR and FCR(ladder)

Circlet, 18 all res and 21 cold res are all very good mods (esp. with Cold Sunders being so popular extra cold res is niiice).

Magic damage is low and 6th affix is missing, so it won't go super high.

I am never good in high prices, but my personal bet would be "more than

Lo range. Perhaps try at

Ber if you are ready to wait, then reduce every week.
