19 to all res is nice, and combat skills is the best tree for Pal. But...
- Could have been 2 al skills
- Could have up to 20 fcr, and 9 is less than 10 for breakpoints going in steps of 5.
- Poison res is the least important res.
Life and mana are too low to count.
So it's probably on the lower than Ist range, between Lem and Um.

Almost no value for me.
2 to combat and 9 FCR mean no to Hammerdin. He want to hit at least 75 FCR.
Other melee pally builds would use Mara's and Highlord.
BTW, just ask for offer. Some Auradin could want this ammy for better Teleport speed at 48 FCR.
