Can be used to make Runewords:
In the current market that ring could trade anywhere from Ohm to multiple Ber. The overs on resistance make the AllRes roll look better than it is. Once upon a time this would have been a very, very pretty 4-point that I would list at Vex+ with a BIN of Ohm.
I would personally price it in the range of Ohm- Sur, depending on what you need. Lo+ Ohm would be fair based on what I'm seeing in recent trades. There's a chance you won't get multiple Ber unless the life leech is at least 7%.
Or you could go big and set the BIN at 3+ Ber and see if anyone bites. gl

Good luck, please post back what it goes for. Offers are varying quite a bit by trade platform lately, which makes pricing difficult. I'm generally seeing higher sales on Traderie, and Lo- Jah listings (can't see completed auctions) on d2charsifood for 2.7-ish sigma rings. I don't pay enough attention to FG exchange rate to know the rune price of a ring like this on d2jsp.
