Got a hold of some circlets that I want to know if there worth something and popped a bonus question
Circlet 1:
+2 cold skills
20% fcr
+115 AR
+10 str
all res +10
Circlet 2:
+2 martial arts skills
+30% frw
+21 str
+31% light res, +20% fire, cold and poison
attacker takes damage of 9
Boots - Myrmidon Greaves, Rare
30% frw
10% fhr
32% cold res
38% light res
17% fire res
required strength: 208

Too bad those boots are myrmidons. Probably still worth something but the str requirement is a nonstarter for most builds.

IMHO both circlets are only a Ko or some Perfect Gems. For the cold sorc Circlet fcr and attack rating rolled good but attack rating is useless for sorcs and strength and all res rolled low. For the assa Circlet frw and allres are good but strength is average, lightning res is low and attacker takes damage is useless. That's not enough to have some real trade value. I would keep them If I could use them myself before I get something better or sell them to Charsi.

There might be a particular market for those boots: kicksins. The elite boots have higher kick damage, and I think one aspect of kicksin build is to min/max str for boots. Tri-res boots are always worth something, especially with two breakpoint affixes. if you can find the right type of build market where 208 str isn't a problem, the boots are definitely worth a high rune. Probably not Ber, but at least Ohm.
