Frw, fhr, cold res and fire res are good but that's only 4 mods of 6 possible good mods. Since you can get e.g.
Sandstorm Trek
for ~

I would say these are at most worth a

.

Actually they can be very good for low level duelling (lld), but LLD players are not very numerous around.

I'll be slightly more optimistic than Atari therefore that you can get slightly more than
Lem
, but most likely in the
Lem

range indeed of "high mid-runes".
