I'm curious about magic circlets with +3 skills.

I assume the + 3 to skills can be compared to grand charm skillers / 1:1 ratio if it has a affix of X and the better the affix you can multiply the worth.

depending on what affix could be a worth something with an like / life / life leach / mana leach / FCR / FRW / All res.

For example are these worth anything to hold on to?

+ 3 to P and Bone skills
+ 43 to life.

Marshal's

Coronet of the

Vampire
+ 3 to Offensive A
+ 8% mana stolen per hit.
