How Godly is this Rare Jewel?

I'm sure it's worth a ton, but I'd like an estimate from the expert community.

Sorc possibly, but would you prefer those stats over a 5/5 Facet in literally any piece of gear?

Agreed, not seeing it. I would vendor, but I undervalue jewels.
