I'm not sure about the traps market. I have a +36 entrapping grand charm of vita that I've never bothered to appraise. Someone else requested a price check for the exact same charm as mine last November with no responses. An archived diabloii.net thread from 2012 had an offer of Lo + Ohm for a +40 trap GC. I'd say Lo seems reasonable, although trapsin isn't the most popular build right now so you might get stuck at Ohm. I'd personally list for Lo and see what happens. gl

most procsin/kicksin builds still rely on some traps as a main source of aoe right now but that will be changing once we get to 2.4 when a dedicated martial arts build will be viable for once. My guess is the value drops then. 39 is pretty high I think Ohm is a little low, Lo is a little high at least to me. BIN Lo could work but you probably wanna offload it before 2.4
