Can be used to make Runewords:
+2 druid invocations
+20% fcr
+30% frw
+20% fcr
+30% frw
there was a similar topic about a barb Circlet.
Problem is that druid class has Jalal's Mane which is really hard to beat.
Your Circlet has a good 30% frw but lacks resistances, +2 only to summoning skills, no +attr. I don't think you'll get much from this, but keep it for sale, it is free to do so, someone might pop up with some pgems, but i don't think you'll get more than this since a normal Jalal's Mane, which is BiS, goes for a Lem more or less.
