Rare Assa Amu ?

Hi, I've been playing this game for a while, and have lot of knowledge but close to zero on rare amu and rings

Stats are:
+2 all sks Assassin
10% FCR
13res Light
50 res Fire
13 Res Psn
13 Res Cold
2 reduced dmg
14% MF

Could you enlight me about that drop i had ? Seems like the 2 sks + 10 FCr is good, and the 4 res including perfect 50 Fire looks godlike...
I don't know about the 13 other res, they look rather small, reducing dmg only 2, and mf ?
How would you estimate it ?
