• 20% Faster Cast Rate
• 21% Enhanced Damage
• 8% Life Stolen Per Hit
• All Resistances +11

Wondering if I should trade or socket and keep it.

Enhanced damage as well as life leech is useless and all res rolled low (20 possible). IMHO
