If you like health, String of Ears is much better option. 8% Life Stolen Per Hit loved it on my hamerdian. Spiral hammer on large group of enemies you fully healed.

Missing frw is sad indeed, but these are still very good.
But without frw sorc is the best candidates for use, and dex is rarely very useful for them.
Understand where you go to, but well, there is a lot to do with these ones !

Would not consider these a failed drop. If they had FRW you'd be looking at many HR.
But I guess the point of this thread is that feeling of "almost..."

Not a fail drop at all, could be better yes, but that's still tradeable and worth something decent. I sold Boots with 35 cold res, 34 fire res, 36 light res, 25% poison length reduced by, and 4 replenish life for Lo + 2 Ohm a couple days ago. I think the poison length reduced by added a something to the value of my Boots though, since 3X res + poison length reduced by is actually FOUR resistances due to the way that poison works. Also, last ladder, I purchases a pair of similar Boots to what you just found but also with 23% magic find for a Sur rune.

To me, this is what makes them a failed drop. Just one more useful mod and the value would've skyrocketed. Without frw I can't really see myself using them at all.
