D2R Clone Hunters have not reported any walks on EU.

Agreed, it was at 3 all week-end. But I checked in the morning about 1 hour ago and I saw 1 so thought it had walked - false alert it seems.

Yes, it was set to 1 briefly. D2R Clone Hunters has a bot that picks up status updates from diablo2.io through the API, and I can see in the history logs over there that the status was indeed temporarily set to 1/6 from diablo2.io. It was only for a few minutes. The 1/6 happened at 09:02 CEST and it was back at 3/6 at 09:05 CEST.
