+3 Jav skills, +40 IAS javelin

What kind of value does this have?

I have a rare one, with +2 jav%

Spear +1ama, +40%ias, and the fool's affix, meaning +over 1000ar. I was told it was worth nothing because the

Titan's Revenge +4 jav skills.

I would think that the IAS would give it much of its value, but I don’t play an amazon. :/

The “pricecheck” thread here has this under the “magic items” tab:

I was hoping to find out what that’s all about, and if that valuation is anywhere near accurate.
